At Zoyci.com, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product.
1. Conditions for Exchange
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- We do not accept exchanges for items that have been worn or altered.
2. How to Request an Exchange
Customers can request an exchange easily by following these steps:
- Log in to your account on Zoyci.com.
- Go to Order History and select the order containing the product you want to exchange.
- Click on Request Exchange and follow the instructions.
- Provide a clear image of the product in its original condition if required.
- Once your request is reviewed, you will receive further instructions via email.
3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
Some products cannot be exchanged, including:
- Perfumes that have been opened or used.
- Footwear with visible signs of wear.
- Discounted or final sale items.
4. Exchange Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process the exchange within 5-7 business days.
