At Zoyci.com, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product.

1. Conditions for Exchange

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • We do not accept exchanges for items that have been worn or altered.

2. How to Request an Exchange

Customers can request an exchange easily by following these steps:

  • Log in to your account on Zoyci.com.
  • Go to Order History and select the order containing the product you want to exchange.
  • Click on Request Exchange and follow the instructions.
  • Provide a clear image of the product in its original condition if required.
  • Once your request is reviewed, you will receive further instructions via email.

3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

Some products cannot be exchanged, including:

  • Perfumes that have been opened or used.
  • Footwear with visible signs of wear.
  • Discounted or final sale items.

4. Exchange Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process the exchange within 5-7 business days.
